BowwHomes are in the Single Family Residence (SFR) category due to our permitting standardization process and building sequences.
We are honored to be able to provide state of the art, highly durable, fully self-sustaining homes for our US Veterans.
BowwHomes are radius styled, custom homes, that are comparable and compete with single family homes, not to be confused with kit homes, modular homes, or affordable housing.
What is a custom home?
BowwHomes are sequentially built homes which use modern construction techniques, used throughout the ages and still to this day. Your home can be unique to yourself with a custom design and layout or you can pick from our library.
BowwHomes is poised to disrupt and revolutionize the real estate market, both off grid and the option of on grid systems.
Why Radius?
For several reasons.
Superior strength to handle a heavier load than a traditional home.
Radius styled homes have better overall safety in case of fires, as the homes are easy to vent due to naturally superior airflow during a wild landfire.
With BowwHomes’ aerodynamics, and ability to equalize the interior pressure with a drop in pressure to the exterior, whether it’s a tornado or category 5 hurricane, a BowwHome will weather the storm perfectly.
BowwHomes will save our US Veterans untold dollars with the insurance companies, especially places like Florida and other States, where insurance premiums are more than doubling for single family homes causing homeowners to have to sell their homes and leave the state.

Decentralized Utilities
BowwHomes come equipped with battery backup, powered by off grid alternative energy systems.
Each home has a water storage system along with a water conservation and monitoring system, greywater options, and dry and wet black water options as well.
Our US Veterans will never need to worry about paying for utilities, creating independence and freedom from the water and power companies.
BowwHomes have passive heating and cooling utilizing rooftop thermal and geothermal system options, and also environmental and conventional fireplace and oven options.
And BowwHomes have very little repairs or on going maintenance needed.
Off Grid and On Grid options are both available.
